The Celestial Palace – Legend has it that this city floating above the skies of the Land of Dawn was once home to the gods. It is also said that this mysterious place holds the key to ruling the world… Eons ago, the ruler of the Celestial Palace used the technological secrets of the ancients to create Uranus, and commanded his creation to guard the city and wait for the emergence of a new ruler. When scholars from the Land of Dawn found and opened the gates to the Celestial Palace, the battle between the Dawn Zenith and the Dark Abyss quickly spread throughout the realm, disrupting the quietude of this ancient city. The two camps sought to occupy the Celestial Palace as a symbol of victory, their heroes unleashing the full extent of their power, and finally reaching an impasse. The massive energy released throughout their incessant battles eventually awakened the ancient city’s defense system, and was converted direction into lightning power which fed and reawakened Uranus, who lay dormant in depths of the Celestial Palace. Leave now, intruders! He roared upon awakening, and then charged to the battlefield, fueled by lightning, aether, and boundless rage. The guardian has returned, and is now ready to fulfill his destiny. His goal — to expel these savage intruders disturbing the tranquility of the Celestial Palace.

Radiance – (passive) Uranus absorbs the energy generated by attacks made against him to strengthen himself, regenerating 2-9 HP per second for each stack, over 8 seconds. This effect can be stacked up to 20 times.
Ionic Orbit – Uranus releases two energy spheres that orbit around him, dealing 125(+30% Total Magic Power) magic damage to enemy targets, while reducing their Physical Attack and Magic Power by 15%, and their movement speed by 40% for 2 seconds. Each stack of Radiance increases damage dealt by 3%. Each energy sphere can only deal damage tot he same target once. Good supporting skill, while reasonable to invest on early level, or if your build is based on magic power. But from what I seen in playing Uranus, Transcendent War is more useful because of damage that shield can absorb.
Transcendent War – Uranus generates an energy shield that absorbs up to 400 (+200% Total Magic Power) damage for 4 seconds, and grants him immunity to slow effects, while increasing his movement speed by 10%. This shield deals 300 (+150% Total Magic Power) magic damage to nearby enemies when broken, or at the end of its duration. Max this skill first next to your ultimate. This makes Uranus a big threat either his ulti is or not. Most tank can only initiate if their ultimate skill is up but not Uranus. This skill is enough to initiate as you can dive to your opponent with your movement speed and shield. It will also gives you immunity to slow that will makes you difficult to counter attack.
Consecration – Uranus unleashes energy stored within his body to disable the designated enemy hero, dealing 150 (+80% Total Magic Power) magic damage while granting himself 6 stacks of Radiance. After briefly disabling the target, Uranus pulls himself and the target together, dealing 300 (+160% Total Magic Power) magic damage. Compare to other tank or support hero, this ultimate has less threat against opponent. But like what I’ve said the first two skills are enough to become a threat. Of course, you need to priority this skill in leveling up.
Dominance Ice – +500 Mana / +70 Armor / +5% Crit Chance Reduction / Unique: 15% CD Reduction / Unique Passive-Arctic Cold: Lowers movement speed by 5% and lowers attack speed by 30% for nearby enemy heroes. Since Uranus is mana reliant, getting Dominance Ice as first item will be a big help. I also like the 15% cooldown reduction so you can maximize poking with your 1st and 2nd skill.
Boots of Tranquility – +20 HP Regen / +20 Mana Regen / Unique: +40 Movement Speed / Unique Passive-Bless: HP regen effect increased by 10%. The main key of this hero is his regen, so with Boots of Tranquility, you can amplify both HP and Mana regen.
Oracle – +850 / +36 Magic Resist / +35 HP Regen / +10% CD Reduction / Unique Passive-Scream: Within 4 seconds after being attacked, the hero will regen 8% HP. This effect has a 6 seconds cooldown time. Another CDR and regeneration item. The 2 main core of this build.
Bloodthirsty King – +1550 HP / Unique Passive-Bloodthirst: A kill or assist regens 20% of hero’s HP within 5 seconds. 10 seconds cooldown. Regen is useless without a good amount of max HP. Getting Bloodthirsty King will improve your health greatly.
Immortality – +800 HP / +40 Magic Resist / Unique Passive-Immortal: Resurrect in 2 seconds after dying and get 15% HP and a shield that can absorb 300 – 1000 of damage. Shield lasts for 3 seconds. Cooldown for this effect. To minimize getting killed in every dive. It has also a decent magic resist and shield that works well with your 2nd skill.
Blade Armor – +90 Armor / Unique Passive-Counterstrike: Deals 25% of opponent’s physical attack as physical damage to an attacker when a basic attack is received. You can consider this an offensive item using all the armor and HP you have. Most of the time, you don’t need this item anymore as you can finish a match before you can get at this point unless you have a very close match.
