Alaghat is a mysterious technique empire. There lives a strange humanoid race -Yasson. They are in human shape while having a pair of deformed feet. They are agile and born to fight. Meanwhile, they are also good at techniques that allow them to create a significant civilization and to invade the others. Since Karrie was a child, she was very talented and trained into a an excellent and arrogant warrior leader, but at the same time, she lost her feelings and became a machine. During one battle, she was overconfident and got injured seriously. But a prophet from another race saved her and inject his consciousness into her brain. Since then there has a been a voice in her head, the prophet told there that ruin of her empire is about to come and there will be no Yasson anymore. After her escape from death, Karrie didn’t believe it. But she started to suspect it after returning to her empire. For saving her empire, for her redemption, Karrie chose to believe and came to the Land of Dawn. What kind of destiny is waiting for her.
+Snowball hard in late game due to her ultimate
+True damage that is great against tank and HP based hero
-Low teamfight presence compare to other marksman
Lightwheel Mark – Adds a Lightwheel Mark to the enemy at each basic attack or skill. When Lighwheel Mark is added up to 5 marks at the target, they become actual lighwheel, piercing the target and dealing 7% – 13% true damage of Max Hp, damage is up to 300 towards jungle monsters. I like this marksman because of this passive that can penetrate enemy hero defense. It is like you have a default Demon Hunter Sword. Also that passive works greatly with Malefic Roar. This will makes you snowball hard in late game and there is no such tanky hero that you can’t kill at all.
Spinning Lightwheel – Releases flywheels that stop at target location, dealing 200 physical damage on the path and slowing them by 60%, dealing 100 physical damage to the enemies nearby the target location and slowing them. This is your only crowd control in game that what makes a little downside for her. This skill also requires precision to make it effective. Use it wisely that will makes you survive in short-distance trades.
Phantomstep – Moves toward the direction while releasing a flywheel to the most nearby enemy, dealing 150 damage. Releases 2 flywheels on ultimate state. This will gives you mobility in game that you can use both offense and defense. This skill requires enough practice so you use it based on your purpose.
Speedy Lightwheel – Enters Double Lock mode in the next 6 seconds, increasing movement speed and releasing 2 lightwheels at basic attack while each basic attack deals 50% damage. This skill will makes you a non-stop killing machine. It is far better than Miya ultimate that only gives attack speed. But like what I mentioned about the disadvantage in this hero it is a single target hero, so you need to find a good position before activating her ultimate so you can kill several target and carry your team.
Haas’s Claws – +70 Physical attack / Unique: +20% Lifesteal / Unique Passive: Instanity: When Hp drops below 40%, the hero will receive an extra 10% physical lifesteal. This is your first item for sustain. This is a must for most marksman so you can go for an early trades. I buy Haas’s Claws over Demon Hunter Sword as most players are using because in early game, heroes do have such big HP to get benefit a lot in that item. It has also a small amount of lifesteal. So engaging with marksman who has a Demon Hunter as first item, I know that I can win the early trades with my Haas’s Claws.
Windtalker – +25% Attack Speed / +20 Movement Speed / +20% Critical Strike Chance / Unique Passive- Typhoon: After every 5 basic attack, the next basic attack must deal 125 magic damage to 3 enemies. Unique Passive: Activate Each time Typhoon is cast, one’s movement speed will be increased by 5% for a short time. Most players in this phase are building their boots, and since Karrie has a good mobility, you can use this as advantage and instead taking a Swift Boots as your second item, go for Windtalker for additional damage by increasing your attack speed and critical chance. It has also a good passive for attack-speed based hero. It has also a movement speed, so it will not be a big downside if you are going to get it first over Swift Boots
Swift Boots – 15% Attack Speed / 40 Movementspeed. This is the best time for me to buy a Swift Boots so you can roam around the map and help tilted teammate.
Scarlet Phantom – +30 Physical Attack / +40% Attack Speed / + 10% Critical Strike Chance / Passive: Frenzy: Critical strikes will increase the hero’s attack speed by 35% and crit strike rate by 5% lasting 2 seconds. This will improve your overall damage output as a marksman. With attack speed and critical boost, you are owning the game right now.
Berserker’s Fury – +65 Physical Attack / +25% Critical Strike Chance / Unique: +40% Critical Damage / Unique Passive: Doom: Critical Strikes will increase one’s physical attack by 5% lasting 2 seconds. Since we are building damage through critical attack, Berserker’s Fury is the best item when dealing with both critical chance and strike. Get this item as your last damage based item to complete your set.
Immortality – +800 Hp / +40 Magic resistance / Unique : Passive -immortal: Resurrect in 2 seconds after dying and get 15% Hp and a shield that can absorb 300 – 1000 damage. Shield last for 3 seconds. 180 seconds cooldown. Since you are dominating the game, expect that you will get focused fire in clash. So to improve your survival rate in game and let your threat last in several seconds in clash, get this item. I really like this item that improves my rating as for MVP (though not important at all). With Immortality this will saves your from unnecessary death.
