Mobile Legends : Irithel Item Build and Strategy Guide


Irithel was abandoned in the jungle by her parents when she was a little girl. Under the guidance of the God of Jungle a female smilodon that had just given birth adopted her. Being protected by the mother smilodon, the little smilodon Leo and Irithel learned to hunt, survive and grew up like an animal. During a territory fight, the mother smilodon was badly injured. When Irithel and her brother Leo went to a town for help, they were captured as smilodon children by a slaveholder. When the cat elf mage – Nana passed by and couldn’t watch them getting beaten to death, she suddenly had the super power inside her that allowed her to save these 2 poor children. With the help of Nana, Irithel was able to understand human languages and combat skills while Leo grew up to a strong adult smilodon. But she still hates human and trust her only friend – Leo.

Skill Build

Jungle Heart (passive) – Irithel and Leo know each so well that allows her to shoot while moving. Each basic attack shoots out 3 heavy arrows (it takes a while to reload the heavy bow), each arrow deals 45% physical damage (Only the first arrow can trigger gear passive abilities). This what makes her strong and effective in battle. Very rewarding but also requires a good understanding base on your position and your target.

Strafe – Shoots a round of arrows, dealing 250 physical damage to the enemies in the area and reducing their physical defense by 15 for 3 seconds. Good armor penetrating skill. Prioritize leveling this skill next to your ultimate as this will be your bread and butter. Spam this skill as possible but make sure to hit as your target as mana will limit you from using this skill.

Force of the Queen – Leo shouts loudly, dealing 200 physical damage to the enemies in the area and reducing their movement speed by 80% for seconds. Her only crown control skill so use it wisely. The 80% movement decrease is a very big deal especially on kill situation. Before using this skill make sure that you and your team is in good position so you will have a secure kill.

Heavy Crossbow – Jumps forward and equips a heavy bow which allows her basic attack to deal 140% physical damage to the target and nearby enemies, last 15 seconds. Her jump will be the key on making her unstoppable in both offense and defense. The 140 damage is not that much compare to every hit she can give but her jump will help her effective on every situation.

Item Build

Haas’s Claws – +70 Physical Attack / Unique: 20% Lifesteal / Unique Passive – Insanity: When HP drops below 40%, the hero will receive an extra 10% physical lifesteal. This will gives you sustain in both trades and laning phase. As we mentioned that Irithel has a major disadvantage on sustain just like in most marksman, Haas’s Claws will help you adapt the situation. It has a also a good physical damage for early damage spike.

Windtalker – +25% Attack Speed / +20 Movement Speed / +20% Critical Strike Chance / Unique Passive – Typhoon : After every 4 basic attacks, the next basic attack must deal 125 magic damage to 3 enemies. Unique Passive – Activate: Each time Typhoon is cast, one’s movement speed will be increased by 5% for a short time. If most players are investing on their boots at this phase, we will invest in more damage from attack speed and critical chance. Also don’t worry with your movement speed because windtalker has some of it. This is how I dominate most games because players are just building their item based on recommendation and not minding what the enemy is using. With that negligence we can ensure that we will have an advantage with the item we are using.

Swift Boots – +15% Attack Speed / Unique: 40 Movement Speed. This is perfect time to buy Swift boots so you can roam to other lane and get more kills. This is also your opportunity to help your teammate. Because in hero like Irithel  you don’t need complete all items to win the match. As early as having the two core items you can start killing them all.

Scarlet Phantom – +30 Physical Attack / +40% Attack Speed / +10% Critical Strike Chance / Unique Passive: Frenzy: Crit Strikes will increase the hero’s attack speed by 35% and critical strike rate by 5% lasting 2 seconds. This is for more critical and attack speed investment as well as Berserker’s Fury.

Berserker’s Fury – +65 Physical Attack / +25% Critical Strike Chance / Unique: 40% Crit Damage / Unique Passive – Doom: Critical strikes will increase one’s physical attack by 5%, lasting 2 seconds.

Immortality – 800 HP / 40 Magic Res / Unique Passive: Immortal: Resurrect 2 seconds after dying and get 15% HP and a shield that can absorb 300 – 1000 points of damage. Shield lasts for 3 seconds cooldown for this effect is 180s. If you are in a tough fight that you reach 20-minute mark, you must have Immortality as part of your survival. Your goal is to survive longer in game and this item will help you intimidate and kill in the opposing team. With your armor penetration, I don’t think you still need damage item at this point.
