Deep within the mountains of the Land of Dawn sits an ancient fortress. Though the owner is unknown, it is rumored that it could be a descendant of the legendary race that once walked the Lands of Dawn. It said that this race is older than the earth itself, having a special affinity for nature, they were able to build deep connections and relations with various beings of nature, especially the Stone Titans. These amiable giants possess rocky skin that is almost impervious to all physical force, but due to their kind nature, they mainly use their physical prowess to sleep safely. These stony giants love sleeping so much that they will hibernate for u to half a year sometimes, but however once they are awakened, it is hard for them to fall asleep again. One day when Grock awoke again, the found himself to be alone, the guardians of the fortress long gone. He proceeded to saddle to the fortress onto his back to find the owners, setting out all over the Land of Dawn to find any news on their whereabouts, so he may one day return their home to them.

Ancestral Gift – Increases his movement speed by 10%, and 26-180 physical and magical defense (increases with level) when Grock is near to a wall or a turret. The movement speed is a big help especially on helping your teammate or initiating an attack. Plus the physical and magical defense that grows up as you progress. Grock is a natural tanky hero.
Power of Nature – Raises weapon to sweep nearby enemies, dealing 300 physical damage and slowing their movement speed for 2 seconds. The longer the charges, the higher the damage is. Good crowd control attack with 2 seconds duration. Prioritize building up this skill next to your ultimate. Make sure to practice charging this skill longer to get the best effect.
Guardian’s Barrier – Fires a shockwave towards a target location, dealing 300 physical damage. Then the shockwave becomes a stone wall that blocks the enemies for 5 second. This will gives him a good mechanics. Though this skill can do both bad and good, a good understanding on the situation where help you benefits from Guardian’s Barrier most of the time. This is a game changer skill or should I say one of the best skills in Mobile Legends.
Wild Charge – Charges forward, dealing 300 physical damage to enemies on the path. Hitting a wall or a turret allows him to deal 450 physical damage to the nearby enemies and reduce cooldown of this skill by 30%. Thought it doesn’t have a descent damage compare to other skill in game, but the cooldown reduction is come in handy that let you spam your skill in team trades.
Cursed Helmet – +920 HP +50 Magic Res / Unique Passive – Burning Soul: Deals 1.5% of one’s max HP as magic damage per second to nearby enemies, and deals extra 50% of damage to minions. This is a good item for tank that let them both in both defense and offense. Most of the time if you decided to go for defense, your offensive value decline. To solve this issue, I get Cursed Helmet as my first item which help me farm easier on early game.
Warrior Boots – +22 Armor Unique: +40 Movement Speed Unique Passive-Valor: Physical defense will go up 5 with each basic attack received, for an increase of up to 20 points, lasting 3 seconds. Best boots for tank do I need to say more?
Dominance Ice – +500 Mana +70 Armor +5% Crit Strike Rate reduction / Unique: 15% CD Reduction / Unique Passive: Arctic Cold: Lowers movement speed by 5% and lowers attack speed by 30% for nearby enemy heroes. I like the cooldown reduction of this item and the 500 additional mana that let me spam my skills to tear down the laning phase.
Bloodthirsty King – +1550 HP / Unique Passive-Bloodlust: A kill or assist regen 20% of hero’s HP within 5 seconds. 10 seconds cooldown. Best item for HP investment.
Blade armor – +90 Armor Unique Passive-Counterstrike: Deals 25% of opponent’s physical attack as physical damage to an attacker when a basic attack is received. Offense and defense item that is good in late game. The 90 additional armor is also a big number to extend your tankiness in late game.
Immortality – +800HP / +40 Magic resistance / Unique Passive-Immortal: Resurrect in 2 seconds after dying and get 15% HP and a shield that can absorb 300-1000 points of damage. Shield lasts for 3 seconds. Cooldown for this effect is 180 seconds. The best late game item giving you additional survivalbility in clash.
